★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei que ia ser mais uma perda de tempo, pois fui várias vezes no CRAS Barreiro e lá, não conseguia nem passar pelo portão. Me surpreendi com o serviço prestado ali. Desde o Segurança até os Atendentes super solícitos, prestativos mesmo, prontos para resolver seu problema. Como nem tudo é perfeito, precisa melhorar a acessibilidade, pois é muito ruim. CRAS TIMBÓ, tratamento humanizado. Tudo de bom.
 I thought it was going to be another waste of time, as I went to CRAS Barreiro several times and there, I couldn't even go through the gate. I was surprised by the service provided there. From the Security to the super helpful attendants, even helpful, ready to solve your problem. As not everything is perfect, accessibility needs to be improved, as it is very bad. CRAS TIMBÓ, humanized treatment. All the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser atendido tem que chegar às 5hs da manhã. De segunda a quinta feira. Não arisco ir na sexta, nem todas as sextas funciona.
To be served, you have to arrive at 5 am. From Monday to Thursday. I don't risk going on Friday, not every Friday works.

I was very well received and very well guided by one of the CRAS collaborators. This person was able to solve all my doubts. So I can say that the service exceeded my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neste lugar estou todos os dias prestando atendimento aos munícipes que não tem um trabalho formal e que para lá vão em busca de algum auxílio atravéz do municipio o qual possam contar e na sua mesa pela manhã tenham o pão e o leite para oferecer para suas criancas nestes tempos difíceis e ainda pandemico até que tudo possa ficar bem e estes paes e mães possam novamente ter um emprego de carteira assinada ou possam retornar ao mercado informal com tranquilidade.
In this place I am every day providing assistance to citizens who do not have a formal job and who go there in search of some help through the municipality which they can count on and at their table in the morning they have bread and milk to offer their children In these difficult times and still a pandemic until everything can be fine and these fathers and mothers can again have a formal job or can return to the informal market with tranquility.
