★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço público mal gerido e com baixo investimento. O sistema sequer é informatizado o que acaba atrasando cadastros e procedimentos. Atendimento mediano tendo em vista quebestá com frequência com fila e o número de telefone não atendem. Sem contar que a referência de de endereço muda sempre, deixando sem saber onde procurar o serviço. É uma mão na roda quando se consegue o que quer, mas demanda paciência e tempo.
 Poorly managed public service with low investment. The system is not even computerized, which ends up delaying registrations and procedures. Average service considering that there is often a queue and the phone number does not answer. Not to mention that the address reference always changes, leaving you not knowing where to look for the service. It's a hand in the wheel when you get what you want, but it takes patience and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone só chama...ou só dá ocupado. Atendimento presencial, pelo menos do dia em que fui lá... foi péssimo a pessoa q fica na mesa a frente dona de uma grande má vontade. Péssima experiência.
Phone only calls... or it's just busy. Face-to-face service, at least the day I went there... the person at the table in front of me was terrible. Bad experience.
