There is never any assistance. You schedule, the day comes and they say they can't answer and reschedule. A clowning.

Passei mais de 5 minutos em linha e em nenhum momento tive retorno da "atendente".
Péssimo atendimento. Péssimas funcionárias.
Aah só para constar, deixarei registrado aqui o dia e horário da minha tentativa de conseguir um atendimento. Dia 15/12/2021 às 16:14 da tarde.
I just made a call and the person simply answered and chatted with the "friends".
I spent more than 5 minutes in line and in no time I had a return from the "attendant".
Terrible attendance. Terrible employees.
Aah just for the record, I'll record the day and time of my attempt to get an appointment here. 12/15/2021 at 16:14 in the afternoon.
