★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Vc não consegue atendimento, já liguei várias vezes e so da ocupado, e quando atendem te deixam esperando até a ligação cair . Falta de respeito . Se não querem trabalhar deixem o cargo ,já que não têm competência alguma com os cidadãos
 Terrible. You can't answer, I've called several times and it's busy, and when they answer, they leave you waiting until the call drops. Lack of respect . If you don't want to work, leave the position, as you have no competence with the citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isso é muito triste, precisarmos da ajuda de um prestador de serviço PÚBLICO e simplesmente termos o telefone depois de muito chamar, propositalmente tirado do gancho. O que me conforta, é que a lei da AÇÃO E RETORNO, é muito sábia.
This is very sad, we need the help of a PUBLIC service provider and simply have the phone after a lot of calling, purposely taken off the hook. What comforts me is that the law of ACTION AND RETURN is very wise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Atendimento. Já faz 2 mês. Que tamos tentando. Renova. Um cadastro. Eles não atende. Manda agenda. Mais o site não funciona. Quando chega lá eles. Não atende direito e do fala para agenda e nos dá um papel. Que não serve de nada.
Terrible. Attendance. It's been 2 month now. That we're trying. Renew. A registration. They don't answer. Send schedule. But the website doesn't work. When they get there. He doesn't answer properly and talks to the agenda and gives us a paper. Which is of no use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou há dias tentando agendar e nunca tem vaga. Sem falar q o atendimento da recepção é horrível, os funcionários parecem estar trabalhando "obrigados". Dou uma estrela pq não existe a opção "0".
I've been trying to schedule for days and there's never a vacancy. Not to mention that the reception service is horrible, the employees seem to be working "thank you". I give one star because there is no "0" option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo trabalho em geral, você leva meses para conseguir agendar quando consegue somente pro mês seguinte, os atendentes são desrespeitosos não sabem sanar nossa dúvidas muito menos ajudar ou concluir o que foi pedido, dão risada da nossa cara como se fossemos palhaços, o telefone é impossível contato.
Bad work in general, you take months to get an appointment when you can only get it for the next month, the attendants are disrespectful, they don't know how to solve our doubts much less help or complete what was asked, they laugh at us like we were clowns, the phone is impossible contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meses tentando agendar e não consigo. Consegui ir uma vez em 2019, o atendimento é péssimo, eles são debochados, pensando que são superiores, tratam as pessoas como lixo.
Fui lá tentar agendar, disseram pra eu tentar em outra unidade, Grajaú por exemplo, sendo que moro no Ipiranga. Não respeitam o tempo das pessoas, trabalham devagar para não dar tempo de atender todo mundo.
Months trying to schedule and I can't. I managed to go once in 2019, the service is terrible, they are mocked, thinking they are superior, they treat people like garbage.
I went there to try to schedule, they told me to try in another unit, Grajaú for example, since I live in Ipiranga. They don't respect people's time, they work slowly so they don't have time to serve everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu só tenho a elogiar fui muitíssimo bem atendida por Beatriz e Azaf na recepção e eles atenderam todas as minhas dúvidas e expectativas. Fora isso enquanto aguardava minha vez reparei na atenção especial que foi dada a tantos idosos e inclusive um cadeirante. Digamos que talvez o sistema de agendamento deixe a desejar e não o atendimento. E outra, com certeza as pessoas normalmente procuram relatar aqui no site quando querem reclamar e pessoas que querem elogiar dificilmente procuram este meio para fazê-lo, senão tenho certeza que teriam várias pessoas elogiando também.
I only have to praise I was very well attended by Beatriz and Azaf at the reception and they answered all my doubts and expectations. Other than that, while waiting for my turn, I noticed the special attention that was given to so many elderly people and even a wheelchair user. Let's say that maybe the scheduling system leaves something to be desired and not the service. And another, for sure people usually try to report here on the site when they want to complain and people who want to praise hardly seek this way to do it, otherwise I'm sure there would be several people praising too.
