 Telephones (all) only occupied ... and when you call, no one answers ... they can only pick up the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu só acho um seguinte,se o horário de funcionamento é até as 17hrs,os funcionários tem que atender a população até esse horário.
Pq eu já precisei falar com alguém do cras, entre 16:40 E 17 hrs e ninguém mais atende o tel.????
I only find one, if the opening hours are until 5pm, the employees have to serve the population until that time.
Because I already needed to talk to someone from Cras, between 16:40 and 17 hrs and no one answers the phone anymore.????

Atendimento mais ou mesno..
Nunca pode nada..nem ajuda com mantimentos....pra que cras...esse telefone só ocupado...alguem tem q tomar providências. E muita humilhação..por ser direito nosso.
Not so good.
More or same service ..
You can never do anything ... nor help with groceries ... so that you can ... this phone is just busy ... someone has to take action. And a lot of humiliation..for being our right.
