★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensei ser uma coisa e foi outra. Acho que tem locais feitos para ajudar a população, que acaba na verdade mais sendo valorizado pelo Nome do que pelo Serviço. Não gostei, pensei que uma Assistente Social fosse de fato uma, para nos ajudar, dar assessoria em momentos difíceis relacionados a Saúde e Família. Então se pudesse cortava e parava com esse e outros projetos que só mostram ser o que de fato não tem o poder como gostaríamos.
I thought it was one thing and it was another. I think there are places designed to help the population, which actually ends up being valued more by Name than by Service. I didn't like it, I thought that a Social Worker was really one, to help us, to give advice in difficult moments related to Health and Family. So, if I could, I would cut and stop with this and other projects that only show what is in fact not as powerful as we would like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que este serviço " público" é um favor que nos prestam. Agendamento via fone, mas somente com uma pessoa que nunca está lá para isso. Não recomendo, parece o fim do mundo..lamentável!
It seems that this "public" service is doing us a favor. Scheduling via phone, but only with a person who is never there for it. I don't recommend it, it feels like the end of the world..unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só uma pessoa que atende,e nunca está por lá,além do que o telefone só dá ocupado,marquei uma vez e por conta dos funcionários terem pego covid agora pra remarcar está MEGA difícil,parece que está faltando força de vontade pra ajudar os munícipes. Fico sem palavras pra declarar tamanha decepção no atendimento e atenção nessa área !!!!!
Only one person who answers, and is never there, besides the phone is only busy, I booked it once and because the employees have caught covid now to reschedule it is MEGA difficult, it seems that willpower is lacking to help the citizens . I am speechless to declare such a disappointment in the service and attention in this area !!!!!
