★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentando contato por telefone, quando com sorte a ligação é atendida mas quando é transferida, cai. So hoje já tentei umas 50 vezes. Péssimo atendimento telefonico. Pago anuidade porque sou obrigado.
 Trying for telephone contact, when luckily the call is answered but when it is transferred, it drops. Just today I've tried 50 times. Terrible phone service. I pay annuity because I am obliged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento. Telefones (praticamente todos) ficam fora do gancho a maior parte do dia. Quanto atendem, precisam passar para outra pessoa e cai a ligação. Deviam acabar com esse lugar que só atrapalha a vida dos engenheiros. Pago anuidade porque sou obrigado.
terrible attendance. Phones (virtually all) go off-hook most of the day. When they answer, they need to pass to someone else and the call drops. They should end this place that only disrupts the engineers' lives. I pay annuity because I am obliged.

Isto é um total desserviço para os Engenheiros que lutam por 5 anos para se formar e ficarem dependentes disto, pagando uma anuidade caríssima que não condiz com a realidade e pior pagando para NADA! Não existe um serviço. Eles não nos respeitam!
Bad service, this place shouldn't exist! This is a total disservice to Engineers who struggle for 5 years to graduate and become dependent on it, paying a very expensive annuity that does not match reality and worse paying for NOTHING! There is no service. They don't respect us!

Contribuir 33 anos e ainda fui informado pela funcionária do financeiro hoje, 16/12/21 que se eu não pagar 2020 e 2021 posso ser inserido na dívida ativa da União, é isso mesmo? Estou aposentado e não trabalho desde 2017. A falta de respeito da funcionária é algo surreal......
Terrible attendance. Contribute 33 years and I was even informed by the finance employee today, 12/16/21 that if I don't pay 2020 and 2021 I can be included in the Federal Government's outstanding debt, is that right? I'm retired and haven't worked since 2017. The employee's lack of respect is something surreal......
