I have been trying in vain for months to be served. Bad service and total disrespect with a professional, but when it comes time to charge, they are excellent and agile. Shame that CREA!

Não tem um chat para falar com ninguém, não tem e-mail! dentre os CREAs que passei (SP, GO, BSB, RJ, SE) este é o pior em atendimento estou a mais de um mês em busca de resolver um assunto relacionado ao meu registro e assunto não anda!
Telephone (83) 35332525 does not accept entering options, the answering machine does not leave the initial menu.
You don't have a chat to talk to anyone, you don't have email! among the CREAs I went through (SP, GO, BSB, RJ, SE) this is the worst in attendance I am more than a month in search of resolving a matter related to my registration and the matter does not move!
