Falam que a condição atual dos serviços é devido a pandemia, porém na hora de cobrar não abrem mão de vencimentos, aplicando multas e juros como se os profissionais não tivessem sofrido com a pandemia. Total descaso com os profissionais com essa posição ofensiva visando arrecadação de dinheiro em cima dos credenciados. Parabéns CREA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preenchi a ART com ano errado e paguei. Fiz a substituta e me cobraram novamente com prazo de pagto de 3 dias......não realizei o pagto da substituta e cancelaram as ART.

Email enviado a 15 dias sem respostas, todos os dias tentando contato via telefone e ficamos mais de uma hora ouvindo música para no final a ligação cair...

Quando você está em dia com o CREA de um estado ao solicitar o visto você não precisa pagar novamente. Tomem cuidado com está duplicidade que o CREA RJ está cobrando. E sempre tenha documentado e enviado mensalmente a Certidão de Quitação. Para evitar uma cobrança indevida no futuro.
