★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As instalações estão em péssimo estado de conservação, sem condições físicas decentes para atender os mais necessitados que ali comparecem. Os funcionarios em número ínfimo e sem condições tecnicas para trabalharem, além de falta de conhecimento sem estarem desconectados com uma rede.
The facilities are in a poor state of conservation, without decent physical conditions to meet the neediest people there. Employees in tiny numbers and without technical conditions to work, in addition to lack of knowledge without being disconnected with a network.
