★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu senti um pouco de falta de alinhamento das informações entre o Banco Santander e Caixa Econômica, o processo de Interveniente Quitante, teve alguns entraves, já que faltava a informação correta de qual canal de comunicação seguir. O gerente de pessoa física do Santander não ajudou em nada no direcionando e todas as informações sobre o Santander eu precisei buscar por meios próprios, assim me fazendo decidir de deixar de ser um cliente Van Gohn.
Quanto a Caixa, tive pouca interação, mas acreditava que o fluxo entre Caixa e Santander deveria ser mais próximo.
Já a correspondente fez todos os esforços e empenho necessário, mas a falta de informação acabou engessando as suas ações.
Resumo como bom o andamento do processo, mas com oportunidade de se tornar um ótimo atendimento se estreitar o fluxo de comunicação entre os bancos.
I felt a little lack of alignment of information between Banco Santander and Caixa Econômica, the Interveniente Quitante process had some obstacles, since it lacked the correct information on which communication channel to follow. Santander's individual manager was of no help in directing me and all the information about Santander I had to seek by my own means, thus making me decide to stop being a Van Gohn customer.
As for Caixa, I had little interaction, but I believed that the flow between Caixa and Santander should be closer.
