★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eu não sei como uma empresa tão grande quanto a Riachuelo, contrato uma empresa tão desorganizada, com pessoas nada profissionais trabalhando, COMPLETAMENTE DESPREPARADOS PARA LIDAR COM OS CLIENTES. A atendente JAKELINE HELLEN, precisa ir trabalhar em alguma outra profissão, pois essa, definitivamente, não é para ela. Nota 0, para a empresa e principalmente, para a atendente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, empresa atrasa salário, extra, fora que os supervisores são mal treinados e sem postura, não sabem lidar com os operadores, fazem ameaças e ainda dizem que se não está contente peça as contas, mesmo a empresa estando errada.
 Horrible, the company delays salary, extra, besides the supervisors are poorly trained and without posture, they don't know how to deal with the operators, they make threats and even say that if you're not happy, ask for the bills, even though the company is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. Super abusivos os supervisores, que só pensam em conseguir a meta deles pra ganhar o bonus no final do mês e destratam os operadores. Tentam forçar a fazer hora extra de 5hrs, não auxiliam quando temos duvidas ou dificuldades com sistema.
Não recomendo a ninguem
Bad company. Super abusive supervisors, who only think about achieving their goal to earn the bonus at the end of the month and mistreat the operators. They try to force you to work 5 hours overtime, they don't help when we have doubts or difficulties with the system.
I don't recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa faz mais de 100 ligações diárias a cada 5 minutos não consigo trabalhar não consigo atender meus clientes a cada 5 minutos eles ligao atendentes muita mal educados uma empresa feita para infernizar a vida do consumidor uma empresa que hoje vivo com Dor de cabeça e falta de sono estou totalmente transtornado estou faltando fom educação até com meus funcionários por conta das ligações contidas desta empresa e o pior eles ligam e sempre cai a linha e nunca conclui a formalização e atrás de pessoas que não conheço de diversos números de telefones.
Company makes more than 100 daily calls every 5 minutes I can't work I can't answer my customers every 5 minutes they call very rude attendants a company made to make the consumer's life hell a company that today I live with a headache and lack of sleep I'm totally upset I'm lacking education even with my employees because of the calls contained in this company and the worst thing they call and the line always drops and never completes the formalization and after people I don't know from different phone numbers.
