AĂ eu disse moço eu posso vim te manhĂŁ assim que abrir aqui pra eu receber o atendente disse pela manhĂŁ NĂŁo jĂĄ tem muita gente so pela tarde hora marcada. â â â â â Ligaram para meu pai duas vezes solicitando para que ele comparecesse no local. Ele achando que era algo importante, foi lĂĄ querer saber o que era. A gente se locomoveu atĂ© o local, sacrificando um dia de trabalho.
Chegando lå, a atendente Ingrid ficou totalmente sem palavras e informou a ele que foi um engano após o mesmo ter dito que se fosse empréstimo não iria querer.
Acho lamentĂĄvel esse tipo de conduta!
Principalmente quando se trata de aposentados, alguns aposentados sĂŁo muito ingĂȘnuos e vulnerĂĄveis, acabam assinando coisas que nĂŁo devem assinar como emprĂ©stimos e outras coisas.
Pior ainda Ă© mandar meu pai ir lĂĄ perder o tempo dele e dinheiro..
SĂł por conta de um "ENGANO"...
Ă a pior experiĂȘncia de banco possĂvel!
Sugiro a quem estar nesse banco realizar portabilidade para outro banco.
