★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento ,quem tiver feito pagamento guardem seus boletos pq eles dizem que os mesmo não estão quitados ,fora que não atendem telefone ,não respondem a e-mail ,é chapa 2 que grande mudança vocês estão fazendo .
 bad service, those who have made payment keep their tickets because they say they are not taken away, they do not answer the phone, they do not respond to the email, it's the big change that you're making.

BANDO DE PREGUIÇOSOS
AN ABSURD, I HAVE 8 DAYS CALLING EVERY DAY TO KNOW WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NECESSARY TO COMMUNICATE MY WIFE'S DEATH, AND ALL 6 NUMBERS SAVED IN HER CALL INCLUDING A CELL PHONE NUMBER, CALLS CALL AND DOESN'T ANSWER THE 3 ONLY TIMES THE PHONE HIT IN MY FACE.... BUNCH OF THE LAZYS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eles não atendem o telefone, desliguei uma chamada com 20 minutos e nada de atender. já que só funciona por agendamento, deveriam ao menos atender a gente pelo telefone, falta de respeito.
they don't answer the phone, I hung up a 20-minute call and nothing to answer. since it only works by appointment, they should at least answer us by phone, lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou formada há 3 anos, e desde então, sempre que precisei, fui muito bem atendida e consegui solucionar minhas pendências, seja através do site (que por sinal eu acho muito bem organizado, mais até que o de outras regiões), atendimento por ligação e o presencial. Até hoje, por enquanto, não tenho do que reclamar.
I have been trained for 3 years, and since then, whenever I needed it, I was very well attended and managed to solve my pending issues, either through the website (which I think is very well organized, even more so than in other regions), call service and in person. To date, for now, I have nothing to complain about.
