★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência foi péssima. Cheguei para um exame agendado 30m antes e esperei quase 2 hr. Explicação da atendente seria cadastro por parte da empresa para realizar o exame, lembrando que fizemos o cadastro para gerar o agendamento.
The experience was bad. I arrived for a scheduled exam 30m early and waited almost 2 hr. Explanation of the attendant would be registration by the company to perform the exam, remembering that we made the registration to generate the schedule.

Fiquei mais de 20 minutos aguardando atendimento por telefone e quando consegui falar o atendente foi super grosseiro, não me respondeu a solicitação e ainda desligou a ligação sem me dar nenhuma informação. Simplesmente ridícula a forma como fui tratada por este ser que nem.de banco merece ser chamado.
Terrible! I spent more than 20 minutes waiting for a phone call and when I managed to speak the attendant was super rude, didn't respond to my request and even hung up without giving me any information. Simply ridiculous the way I was treated by this being that doesn't even deserve to be called a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento cordial e prestativo, a área para coleta de PCR é aberta e bem separada. A coleta foi cuidadosa, retirando amostras nas duas narinas e na garganta. O resultado saiu em menos tempo que o prazo de 24h. Super recomendo!
Friendly and helpful service, the PCR collection area is open and well separated. The collection was careful, taking samples in both nostrils and throat. The result came out in less time than the deadline of 24 hours. I highly recommend!
