★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO! NÃO RECOMENDO!!!! A mulher do caixa que parece ser à proprietária com uma cara de nojo pra gente, sem educação, na propaganda diz que é self service, mas quando cheguei não foi isso que aconteceu. Senti que fui discriminada, e ficava pressionando a coitada da atendente, que estava sem graça diante da situação, o sorvete não é essa maravilha toda, e pra mim à primeira impressão é a que fica, foi a primeira pra NUNCA MAIS VOLTAR.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The woman at the cashier who seems to be the owner with a disgusted face at us, with no education, in the advertisement says it is self service, but when I arrived that was not what happened. I felt that I was discriminated against, and I kept pressing the poor attendant, who was embarrassed by the situation, the ice cream is not all that wonderful, and for me the first impression is what remains, it was the first to NEVER RETURN.

Logo que cheguei uma das moças ficou me olhando de cima a baixo e encarando com cara de nojo
Quando foi me servir, ela só deixou eu tirar o sorvete se caso eu prendesse o meu cabelo e depois ficou o tempo o todo em cima de mim, me senti constrangida, humilhada e nada a vontade pq alem disso tudo ela não era nada simpática

It was my first and last time
As soon as I arrived one of the girls was looking me up and down and staring with disgust
When she went to serve me, she only let me take the ice cream if I tied my hair and then she was on top of me the whole time, I felt embarrassed, humiliated and not at all comfortable because besides all that, she was not very nice
Lots of freshness!!

Sobre o sorvete eu achei gostoso, mas com um único porém, milkshake com gelo NAO combina kkkk a cada golinho vinha umas 5 pedrinhas de gelo boca, sem falar q no fim tinha uma pedrona de gelo
Sobre o atendimento eu achei bem mais ou menos, tinha umas atendentes legais e outras bem chatinha. O que eu não gostei muito foi ficar vigiando a gente na hora de pegar o sorvete, não da pra ficar a vontade se servindo, mas tudo bem
Sobre o preço eu achei um pouco acima do que vale, mas não muito acima

Pra mim o melhor sabor é Ninho Trufado, seguido do Nutella. Tem sempre muito chocolate !!
Best ice cream pot in the region (you can eat different flavors in the store)! It's really creamy ;)
For me the best flavor is Truffle Nest, followed by Nutella. There's always a lot of chocolate!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes são bem atenciosas, mas a senhora nos deixou bem constrangida, não deixou a minha filha pegar o sorvete, e quando o meu filho de 3 anos entrou na loja ela não gostou e ficou o tempo todo em cima da gente, me senti tão mau, que pedi pro meu marido sair da loja com ele.
The attendants are very attentive, but the lady made us very embarrassed, she didn't let my daughter get the ice cream, and when my 3-year-old son entered the store she didn't like it and was on top of us the whole time, I felt so bad, that I asked my husband to leave the store with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, atendentes sem educação, para começar nem falam boa noite. A impressão que da é que elas estão ali somente para passar o tempo e ganhar o salario, pela cara que faz quando entra cliente na loja. Sorvete é bom. Se não mudar o atendimento logo não tera mais clientes.
Bad service, rude attendants, to start with, they don't even say good night. The impression is that they are there only to pass the time and earn a salary, by the look on their faces when a customer enters the store. Ice cream is good. If you don't change the service soon you won't have more customers.
