★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com paciente. Minha mãe esta a três meses sem fazer o exame de carga viral, pois em dificeis tempo de pandemia eles nem se quer atendem o telefone, quer que a pessoa va pessoalmete marcar, sendo do grupo de alto risco. Absurdo!
Lack of respect for the patient. My mother has not been tested for viral load for three months, because in difficult pandemic times they don't even answer the phone, they want the person to personally make an appointment, being in the high-risk group. Absurd!

The place could be nicer simply because it is the place it is. I am an employee of the organ and I think it could be better, both the care and the environment.
