For two days I tried to make a purchase on the site because it was on sale, but it was a mistake, I called the store and they did not come back and it did not happen, the next day I called and was informed that the product was finished but is still on the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei através do site da Americanas uma tiara de coelho para minha filha usar em um evento. Comprei no dia 12/04 e aparecia em destaque que eu receberia até 14/04. Hoje, dia 16/04 não recebi o produto e minha filha terá que participar de seu evento com algo artesanal e improvisado que fizemos. Ela tem apenas 7 anos e obviamente está triste e chorou pela falta do objeto, mas a loja pouco se importa com essas coisas. Por fim, só me restou cancelar a compra agora que, sei lá se chegaria algum dia.
I bought a bunny tiara through the Americanas website for my daughter to wear to an event. I bought it on 04/12 and it was highlighted that I would receive it until 04/14. Today, the 16/04th, I didn't receive the product and my daughter will have to participate in her event with something handmade and improvised that we made. She is only 7 years old and is obviously sad and cried about the lack of the object, but the store doesn't care about these things. Finally, I just had to cancel the purchase now that, I don't know if it would ever arrive.
