A loja não tem uma equipe treinada, não sabe se programar e não cumpre os prazos (que ela mesma determina) para montagem, faz o serviço muito mal feito (gerando muito retrabalho e ajustes) e o pós venda, especialmente na figura do franqueado (Sr Mohamed), não dá assistência.
Comprei praticamente a minha casa inteira (2 salas, 2 banheiros, 2 lavabos, quarto de hóspede, quarto do meu filho e varanda gourmet) e já estão atrasados em mais de 1 mês para a conclusão.
Fujam dessa cilada!
The store is beautiful and the sales service is ok. However, the delivery and assembly are TERRIBLE.
The store does not have a trained team, does not know how to plan and does not meet the deadlines (which it determines) for assembly, does the job very poorly (generating a lot of rework and adjustments) and after sales, especially in the figure of the franchisee ( Mr Mohamed), does not provide assistance.
I bought practically my entire house (2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, guest room, my son's room and gourmet balcony) and are already more than 1 month late for completion.
Run away from this trap!
