Não recomendo, serviço péssima qualidade!

Precisava de uma impressão de forma mais rápida e perguntei se conseguiam imprimir. Falaram que se eu pedisse naquele momento quanto tempo demoraria, não me responderam. Insisti para saber se seria questão de minutos, horas ou dias e a única coisa que me responderam que entraria na fila que estava grande. Ai tornei a perguntar, tem quantos pedidos na frente, não me responderam. Só me falaram que se eu fosse lá pessoalmente seria mais rápido.
Gostaria de saber qual a lógica disso, qual a diferença deu estar presente ou deu pedir enquanto estou a caminho?
Nome disse é má vontade e falta de profissionalismo.
Unwillingness to attend.
I needed faster printing and asked if they could print. They said that if I asked at that moment how long it would take, they didn't answer me. I insisted on whether it would be a matter of minutes, hours or days and the only thing they answered me would be to join the queue, which was long. Then I asked again, there are how many requests ahead, they didn't answer me. They just told me that if I went there in person it would be faster.
I would like to know what the logic of this is, what is the difference between being present or asking while I am on my way?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma folhas de transfer saíram manchadas pedi para que repetisse a moça disse que não podia, sendo que como ela rodou tudo de uma vez atrás do outro logicamente iria manchar por ser impressão transfer...meu arquivo estava perfeito ...assim achei complicado pq paguei por uma impressão manchada e não foi barato , tentei ajudar ela resolver pra mim sair com a impressão sem manchas ela disse simplesmente não ...achei falta de profissionalismo ...
