★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente a funcionária que me atendeu era nova e estava meio perdida, até aí tudo bem, fizeram o que eu pedi errado e quando eu reclamei disseram que foi falado mas não foi, na hora da compra a funcionária me disse que antes de fazer eles mandariam uma foto para que eu confirmasse, não recebi essa foto ou seja havia pago e estou com uma cosa que não gostei. Mas o pior foi que por acaso minha estava na loja no momento em que eu falava com algum funcionário via whatsapp e elas estavam falando mal de mim, ou seja falando mal de cliente perto de outros clientes, sem ética nenhuma e ainda disse que se soubesse que era eu não teria feito, mas sabiam que era eu pois eu fui até lá eu mostrei o que queria, mas não sou obrigada a aceita as coisas do jeito que eles querem! E não fizeram favor eu paguei pelo trabalho.
Péssimo atendimento, arrogante pelo whatsapp, e ainda falam mal de cliente. Quem não pisa mais aí sou EU! E o pior nunca mais responderam nem pra pedi desculpas por ter funcionários falando mal de cliente.

But the worst thing was that I happened to be in the store when I was talking to an employee via whatsapp and they were talking bad about me, that is, badmouthing customers near other customers, without any ethics and even said that if I knew that it was I wouldn't have done it, but they knew it was me because I went there I showed what I wanted, but I'm not obliged to accept things the way they want! And no favors I paid for the work.
Terrible service, arrogant by whatsapp, and still speak ill of the customer. Who doesn't step there anymore is ME! And worst of all, they never replied, not even to apologize for having employees talking badly about the customer.
