O vendedor Bruno foi muito cordial, atencioso e fez uma avaliação de meu carro anterior, dentro dos preços praticados no mercado de automóveis. Não posso deixar de comentar também a atenção e a excelência do serviços realizados por parte das Senhoras Adriana e Carol, que fazem da Criativa veículos um local de compra confiável.
I purchased a Corolla XEi 2020 at this store and made a transparent and unsurprising negotiation throughout the purchase process. The seller Bruno was very friendly, attentive and made an assessment of my previous car, within the prices practiced in the car market. I also have to comment on the attention and excellence of the services provided by Ms. Adriana and Carol, who make Criativa vehicles a reliable place to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei um negócio com esta loja e deixei tudo apalavrado. Um dia antes de concretizar o negócio e retirar o veículo, me ligaram dizendo que estavam vendendo o carro pra outro e que se eu quisesse manter o negócio deveria cobrir a proposta. Ou seja, não honraram a palavra, fizeram leilão com um carro já negociado. Alegaram que eu não tinha feito o sinal, mas nem poderia porque não tinha visto o carro e moro em outra cidade. Mesmo oferecendo o sinal depois disso, não aceitaram e falaram que iriam liberar o carro se eu não aumentasse a proposta. Se a questão fosse realmente o sinal, eu teria feito na hora e encerrava o assunto, mas a verdade é que esta loja não tem a menor confiabilidade e as pessoas que trataram comigo não têm palavra.
I closed a deal with this store and left everything unspoken. The day before closing the deal and withdrawing the vehicle, they called me saying they were selling the car to someone else and that if I wanted to keep the business I should cover the proposal. In other words, they didn't honor their word, they held an auction with a car that had already been traded. They claimed that I hadn't made the signal, but I couldn't because I hadn't seen the car and I live in another city. Even offering the down payment after that, they didn't accept and said they would release the car if I didn't increase the proposal. If the question really was the signal, I would have done it right away and closed the matter, but the truth is that this store has no reliability whatsoever and the people who dealt with me have no say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os carros na loja são quase todos de ótima procedência e qualidade, isso é inquestionável. Mas a loja é PÉSSIMA DE NEGÓCIO. Vai dar carro na troca? Prepare-se para uma avaliação de 15 a 30% abaixo da FIPE. O carro deles? Sempre no mínimo 10% acima da FIPE. E a proposta inicial que eles fazem é quase inegociável, ou você paga o que foi pedido, ou não tem negócio.
Recomendo que você só vá nessa loja se você concorda em dar seu carro usado por um valor irrisório e pagar muito acima da FIPE no carro deles. Ou, caso vá comprar sem carro na troca, só vá se você concorda em pagar cada centavo do preço pedido por eles no carro.
Se você tem intenção de fazer um negócio a preço justo, não perca seu tempo nem o deles. Do mesmo jeito que você não negocia o preço do feijão no carrefour, você também não negocia o preço dos carros na Criativa. Se não concorda com isso, faça como eu: compre seu carro na concorrência!!
The cars in the store are almost all of excellent origin and quality, this is unquestionable. But the store is TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Will you trade a car? Prepare for an assessment of 15-30% below the FIPE. Their car? Always at least 10% above FIPE. And the initial proposal they make is almost non-negotiable, either you pay what you asked for, or you don't have a deal.
I recommend that you only go to this store if you agree to give away your used car for a paltry amount and pay way above FIPE on their car. Or, if you are going to buy without a car in the exchange, only go if you agree to pay every penny of their asking price on the car.
If you intend to make a deal at a fair price, don't waste your time or theirs. In the same way that you don't negotiate the price of beans at Carrefour, you also don't negotiate the price of cars at Criativa. If you don't agree with that, do like me: buy your car in the competition!!
