Onde o cabo deveria passar foi visto que estava obstruido, e ninguém conseguia achar a solução e onde ele passava. Com isso cheguei na Crimpar e o Ricardo veio até minha casa e conseguiu achar onde estava o problema. Indico o serviço deles pela qualidade e excelente experiência. Obrigado Ricardo pelo atendimento e com certeza caso precise novamente do serviço em outro apartamento vou chamar vocês.
When we requested the installation of our internet/cable TV we thought it would be something very simple, but we didn't know what we had ahead of us. Where the cable should pass was seen to be obstructed, and no one could find the solution and where it passed. With that I arrived at Crimpar and Ricardo came to my house and managed to find where the problem was. I recommend their service for the quality and excellent experience. Thank you Ricardo for the service and for sure if I need the service again in another apartment I will call you.
