Fizemos uma compra nesse site dia 12.03 e selecionamos frete grátis por ser um benefício oferecido pela loja (devido o valor da mercadoria ser alto).
A empresa alega ter postado a mercadoria (eu não vi comprovante) mas me passaram um cod de rastreio e os Correios não entregou o objeto até o dia de hoje (sendo que o prazo era até dia 23.03).
Tentamos contato com os correiros e NADA.
Eles (correios) alegam que o contratante é a loja e eu sou consumidor final pois comprei da loja.
Inclusive a loja contratou seguro no ato da tal psotagem, então eles serão ressarcidos pelos correios e não estão querem me ressarci por não ter recebido a mercadoria.
Então entramos em contato com a loja e eles estão JOGANDO A RESPONSABILIDADE para os correios.
Pedi o estorno do valor e eles se recusam a devolver, ou seja, ESTAMOS PAGANDO POR UM PRODUTO QUE NÃO TEMOS.
Pedi para enviarem outro produto pois o produto postado extraviou e eles me disseram para comprar novamente e selecionar o sedex pois SEDEX eles entregam e PAC (OPÇÃO GRATUITA) a mercadoria atrasa/some.
Em minha opinião a empresa está com má fé. Pois já receberam o valor do chapéu e agora estão pouco se lixando pra nós.
Eles entraram em contato com os correios que inicialmente deu um prazo de 5 dias para dar um POSICIONAMENTO, prazo esse que.venceu hoje. E adivinhem: nos deram mais 5 dias de prazo... ou seja, estamos feitos PALHAÇOS sem mercadoria e pagando pelo produto.

 DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE.
We made a purchase on this site on 12.03 and selected free shipping because it is a benefit offered by the store (due to the high value of the merchandise).
The company claims to have posted the goods (I didn't see any proof) but they gave me a tracking code and the Post Office didn't deliver the item until today (the deadline was 23.03).
We try to contact the brokers and NOTHING.
They (post office) claim that the contractor is the store and I am the final consumer because I bought from the store.
Even the store hired insurance at the time of such a step, so they will be reimbursed by the post office and are not willing to reimburse me for not having received the goods.
So we contacted the store and they are PLAYING RESPONSIBILITY to the post office.
I asked for a refund of the amount and they refuse to return it, that is, WE ARE PAYING FOR A PRODUCT WE DO NOT HAVE.
I asked to send another product because the posted product lost and they told me to buy again and select the sedex because SEDEX they deliver and PAC (FREE OPTION) the goods delay / disappear.
In my opinion the company is in bad faith. Because they already received the value of the hat and now they don't care about us.
They contacted the post office, which initially gave them a period of 5 days to give POSITIONING, which expired today. And guess what: they gave us 5 more days ... that is, we are made CLOWNS without merchandise and paying for the product.
