★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um brinco de ouro para minha bebe, o brinco toda hora saia da orelha dela, até que depois e várias vezes isso acontecer, após um mes de uso perdi uma tardaxa. Entrei em contato com a loja a vendedora e o gerente Bruno me informaram que a tardaxa provavelmente era maior que o brinco.
Pedi um desconto para a compra de uma nova e mostrei minha insatisfação por eles me afirmarem que era um defeito com certeza do brinco porque se coubesse não cairia assim o tempo todo da orelha de uma bebe de 4 meses que mal se movimentava direito.
Enfim disse que nao podia me dar desconto e me passaram o valor de 53,00 porém não tinham para vender...
Fiquei na luta esperando chegar mais de um mes, ficaram com meu telefone para entrar em contato caso chegasse mas ninguém me ligou, sempre eu que procurava afinal o interesse era só meu né?! (Ironia)
Por fim, hoje 27/10 eu entro em contato pela quarta vez, me disseram que chegou, eles já me passam o valor de 78,00 pedi para falar com o Bruno que me atendeu com muita ma vontade e disse que infelizmente o ouro teve aumento e não poderia fazer nada.
Cliente pra que ne?! Sou só mais uma.
Lamentável.
I bought a gold earring for my baby, the earring came out of her ear all the time, until later and several times this happens, after a month of use I lost a tard. I contacted the store, the saleswoman and the manager Bruno informed me that the insert was probably bigger than the earring.
I asked for a discount on the purchase of a new one and showed my dissatisfaction that they told me it was definitely a defect in the earring because if it fit, it wouldn't fall out of the ear of a 4-month-old baby that was barely moving right all the time.
Finally he said he couldn't give me a discount and they gave me the amount of 53.00 but they didn't have to sell...
I stayed in the fight waiting for more than a month to arrive, they kept my phone number to get in touch if I arrived but no one called me, I was always looking for it, after all, the interest was just mine, right?! (Irony)
Finally, today 10/27 I get in touch for the fourth time, they told me it arrived, they already give me the value of 78.00 I asked to speak to Bruno who attended me very grudgingly and said that unfortunately the gold had increase and could do nothing.
Client for what right?! I'm just one more.
Unfortunate.
