★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes educados, gostei da manicure, todavia quanto ao serviço de aplicação de selagem não gostei. Fui até o salão para aplicarem um produto que já uso e sei o resultado, porém na hora de pranchar durou algo em torno de 30 minutos, para um cabelo grande é muito rápido e não alisou. Reclamei e foram solícitos em refazer a aplicação. Chegando lá estava com dúvida em relação à prancha usada na aplicação da selagem e foi confirmada minha dúvida q era uma prancha caseira e não de Titanium ideal para alisamento. O cabeleireiro disse q não usou a de Titanium porque ela tá puxando muito o cabelo, mas que como a outra não servia pra isso iria usar a de Titanium assim mesmo dessa segunda vez. Só que a prancha era horrível, puxou meu cabelo todinho, saí de lá com dor de cabeça. No começo até aguentei, mas depois estava insuportável, até falei que não queria mais terminar o cabelo por não estar aguentando, mas o cabeleireiro continuou e terminou o procedimento. Não recomendo. Apesar de terem sido solícitos e serem educados, continuei insatisfeita, até mais que a primeira vez. Não adianta só ser simpático e prestar um serviço assim. Devem investir numa prancha de qualidade já que oferecem esse tipo de serviço. Todo mundo que entende um pouco sabe que prancha caseira não é ideal pra alisamento e que não dá certo, porém tbm é complicado usar uma prancha que puxa todo o cabelo da cliente ao ponto de dar dor de cabeça. Se sabiam que a prancha de Titanium puxava cabelo assim era melhor ter oferecido meu dinheiro de volta a me submeter novamente a um procedimento mal sucedido.
Polite attendants, I liked the manicure, however regarding the sealing application service I didn't like it. I went to the salon to apply a product that I already use and I know the result, but at the time of ironing it lasted something like 30 minutes, for big hair it's very fast and it didn't straighten. I complained and they were asked to redo the application. Arriving there, I was in doubt about the board used in the sealing application and my doubt was confirmed that it was a homemade board and not Titanium, ideal for straightening. The hairdresser said he didn't use the Titanium one because she's been pulling her hair a lot, but as the other one wasn't good for that, she would use the Titanium one anyway this second time. But the board was horrible, it pulled all my hair, I left there with a headache. At first I could stand it, but then it was unbearable, I even said that I didn't want to finish my hair anymore because I couldn't stand it, but the hairdresser continued and finished the procedure. I do not recommend. Despite being helpful and polite, I remained dissatisfied, even more than the first time. It's no use just being friendly and providing a service like that. They should invest in a quality board as they offer this type of service. Everyone who understands a little knows that a homemade straightener is not ideal for straightening and that it doesn't work, but it is also difficult to use a straightener that pulls all the client's hair to the point of causing a headache. If they knew the Titanium board pulled hair like that, it was better to have offered my money back than to undergo an unsuccessful procedure again.
