★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, no dia que escolhi as roupas estavam sujas, a atendente informou que seria lavado e ajustado e passado,
Após uma semana fui retirar o terno, estava um nojo tudo sujo, sem passar, perdi duas horas aguardando regularizar refizeram mais de duas vezes, mesmo assim ficou nojento e úmido colando nós braços.
Durante a festa tive que ficar em ambientes escuro para camuflar a sujeira que não saiu, sapato estava furado, tive usar o meu mesmo.
Outro colega, eles entregaram o terno com a gravata errada, tivemos que comprar gravata em outro lugar de última hora.
Foi um pesadelo, gente pensem bem antes de gastar seu dinheiro em qualquer lugar.
Não recomendo nem para meu pior inimigo.

It was a nightmare, people think before you spend your money anywhere.
I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar de roupa para alugar em sua ocasião ,não tem organização ,não tem reprova ,só pode tira na véspera ,porque quando você retira na véspera ,as medida não estão correta ,quando não dão acessório do seu item para outro ,procura outra paga mais caro ,vai compensa muito .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse daria 0 estrelas, tive problemas com meu vestido de noiva desde de 2020 e todas as pessoas que indiquei pra alugar aí também teve dor de cabeça! Todo mundo dessa loja é irresponsável, não tem zelo com o cliente! Se puderem escolher outro lugar escolham, nesse lugar só tive chateação e dor de cabeça do começo ao fim! As atendentes costureiras ainda são ignorantes mesmo sabendo que estão erradas. meu vestido de noiva era primeiro aluguel pedi pra mexer na parte de trás dele porque estava todo pinçado nas costas, quando fui usar no sábado fui que percebi que fizeram a barra nele ao invés de mexerem no lugar do problema, e primeiro aluguel não pode fazer isso, procurei entender com quem sabe do assunto e fiquei abismado e chateada em não poder fazer nada porque infelizmente já estava no dia do casamento. E vc paga tão caro pra tudo que vc pede ser com má vontade, fui na hora do meu almoço provar o vestido avisei no WhatsApp da loja ninguém me respondeu, quando cheguei lá me
Pediram pra aguardar pq tinha noiva lá em cima quando subi não tinha noiva nenhuma! Isso era numa terça me pediram pra voltar numa quinta que já estaria pronta pra retirar cheguei lá não tinham mexido em nada do meu vestido, tive que voltar na sexta e meu casamento era no sábado! Não indico pra ninguém, os vestidos são lindos mas infelizmente a irresponsabilidade de todos deixa a desejar!

Alugamos roupas para um casamento onde, atrasou o dia da prova, roupas vieram danificadas, faltando parte, sapato rasgado, a roupa do meu filho veio errada e de outro tamanho.
O vestido da minha esposa veio com o zíper danificado e a bolsa escolhido foi alugada para outra pessoa.
Não indico o local para ninguém, aos menos que a pessoal queira ter dor de cabeça e passar raiva.
Terrible service, they only think about profit and never about customer satisfaction.
We rented clothes for a wedding where, the test day was delayed, clothes came damaged, part missing, shoes torn, my son's clothes came wrong and in another size.
My wife's dress came with the zipper damaged and the chosen bag was rented to someone else.
I don't recommend the place to anyone, unless people want to have a headache and get angry.
