★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei uma placa de vídeo GTX 1060 de 3GB em fevereiro com a Chris, e não recebi nenhum retorno até hoje. Liguei para ela 4 vezes de lá para cá (estamos em junho), e em todas as vezes tive a mesma resposta que a placa ainda estava em avaliação e deveria ligar daqui a 2 semanas. Minha OS é 11111556. Gostaria de saber se a placa tem conserto ou não, afinal 4 meses se passaram, e se não tiver conserto gostaria que a placa fosse devolvida.

Dia 20.03.2022 fará 1 ano que o meu notebook esta com você e infelizmente não tenho nenhuma posição sua e para piorar quando consigo falar com você, o seu nivel de voz se eleva e você fica irritada como se o culpado fosse o seu cliente por simplesmente ter confiado em seu trabalho. Espero ainda contar com você e também acreditar naqueles diversos comentarios positivos que eu li a respeito do seu trabalho. On 03.20.2022 it will be 1 year since my notebook is with you and unfortunately I don't have any position from you and to make matters worse when I manage to talk to you, your voice level rises and you get irritated as if the culprit was your customer for simply have trusted your work. Deixei minha placa de vídeo com a Cris pouco mais de 20 dias,
uma Nvidia GeForce 1060 6gb, ela me ligou avisando que havia arrumado e hoje estou testando e está em perfeito estado funcionando normalmente, foi me dado 3 meses de garantia.
O local é bem simples, porém o atendimento é perfeito; moça super educada e atenciosa, e trabalha de forma excelente e com transparência. Todas as vezes que entrei em contato pelo celular fui atendido, mas vale lembrar do horário de almoço de 13:00h às 14:00h, único horário o qual não fui atendido e reparei após que na porta do local está avisado deste horário em questão. (achei importante ressaltar o horário pois li alguns comentários negativos, em relação ao telefone, e no meu caso não tive esse tipo de problema).

The place is very simple, but the service is perfect; super polite and attentive girl, and works excellently and with transparency. Every time I got in touch by cell phone, I was answered, but it is worth remembering the lunch time from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, the only time I was not answered and I noticed after the door of the place is warned of this time in question. (I thought it was important to emphasize the time because I read some negative comments, regarding the phone, and in my case I didn't have this type of problem).

Estou aqui para recomendar a Cris, pode confiar que ela arruma mesmo, levei a placa mãe em dezembro , ela afirmou que não teria conserto que seria problema de chipset... mandei os 20tao pra ela + 10 de café e agradeci, sempre muito simpatica e gente boa...
Falei já que não tem conserto e não tenho muito tempo para buscar , meio que deixei largado lá, do nada recebo uma mensagem dela falando sobre o conserto a placa mãe que estava pronta que tinha chegado umas peças que era possivel arrumar e que tinha arrumado...
Mandei a grana antecipado e pedi para um amigo retirar e está funcionando faz 4 meses sem qualquer tipo de problema...
Só tenho agradecer pela honestidade e capacidade técnica da mesma!
SUPER RECOMENDADO se fosse outro lugar tinha ficado para eles etc...
Fora preço justo para o conserto!

I sent the money in advance and asked a friend to withdraw it and it's been working for 4 months without any problems...
I just have to thank you for your honesty and technical ability!
SUPER RECOMMENDED if it was another place I would have stayed for them etc...
