★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O rapaz que fica atrás do balcão mais parece um caipira que saiu do mato e não tem o mínimo de noção de atendimento ao cliente. Palavras como bom dia, boa tarde, obrigado etc não existem em seu vocabulário. Parece que economiza nas palavras pra "evitar a fadiga". É melhor ser atendido por um robô, ou talvez pelo call center da Vivo do que por esse rapaz. Parece que trabalha ali forçado por alguém, não é possível. Chega a ser desagradável ir comprar algo nesse local. Qualidade no atendimento, junto com preço, é tudo e isso afasta clientes sim. Espero que este relato sirva para melhorarem.
The guy behind the counter looks more like a hick out of the woods and has no idea of customer service. Words like good morning, good afternoon, thank you etc do not exist in your vocabulary. It seems to save on words to "avoid fatigue". It's better to be answered by a robot, or maybe Vivo's call center, than this guy. It seems that working there forced by someone, is not possible. It is unpleasant to buy something there. Quality of service, along with price, is everything and that keeps customers away. I hope this report serves to improve.
