★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com o material que recebem. Confira tudo. Comprei vários produtos, disseram q podia devolver. Fui fazer a devolução de dois sacos de argamassa e dois pacotinhos de rejunte. O atendente disse q não poderia receber um saco de rejunte, q a embalagem estava violada. Os pacotinhos de rejunte ficaram na sacola q recebi do entregador. No fundo, um dos sacos, no meio da embalagem estava com um grampo fechando um buraquinho. Eu disse que os pacotes ficaram dentro da sacola que recebi, que era um absurdo. Sou muito correta com minhas coisas, me senti constrangida em ter sido acusada de ter violado a embalagem e tentado devolver. Eu não retorno a esta loja.
Be careful with the material they receive. Check it all out. I bought several products, they said I could return them. I went to return two bags of mortar and two bundles of grout. The attendant said that he could not receive a grout bag, that the packaging was broken. The grout packages were in the bag I received from the delivery man. At the bottom, one of the bags, in the middle of the package, had a clip closing a hole. I said the packages were in the bag I received, which was absurd. I am very correct with my things, I felt embarrassed to have been accused of breaking the packaging and trying to return it. I will not return to this store.
