★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós Venda péssimo e a qualidade ao longo do tempo deteriora muito. Em 18 meses minha piscina apresenta manchas na pintura, desbotamento excessivo.
Lousy after sales and the quality over time deteriorates a lot. In 18 months my pool has stains on the paint, excessive fading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender o atendimento é excelente, mas na hora de cumprir com o combinado até de ingratos somos chamados, como se nós fôssemos culpados pelos erros deles, piscina mal instalada com vários defeitos, filtro veio com problema a casa de máquina está cheia de água vazando o tempo todo e até agora não resolveram o problema.... Não indico a Cristal Fiber piscinas em Atibaia-SP..... Péssimos em tudo.

I do not recommend Cristal Fiber pools in Atibaia-SP ..... Terrible at all.

Tive que cancelar porque onde era gramado tem um buraco enorme de terra e não entregaram a piscina.
Minha filha está super triste,por causa dessa empresa não teve a festinha de 15 anos dela,nem gramado tem pra receber as amigas ao ar livre por conta da Covid.
Eles não tem escrúpulos, eu avisei desde o dia do fechamento do contrato.
O Jr vendedor da D M piscinas fugiu!!!
A fábrica não atende o telefone.
Pena que não tem como postar a foto do lugar aqui.
É deprimente
I bought the pool in October for my daughter's birthday in December.
I had to cancel because where there was a lawn there was a huge hole of earth and the pool was not delivered.
My daughter is super sad, because of this company she didn't have her 15 year old party, nor the lawn has to receive her friends outdoors due to Covid.
They have no qualms, I warned you since the day the contract was closed.
The Jr seller of D M pools ran away !!!
The factory does not answer the phone.
Too bad there is no way to post the photo of the place here.
It's depressing

Não compre piscina neste lugar vou explicar pq.
Já faz 100 dias que comprei uma piscina Esmeralda e a piscina não foi entregue.
Paguei tudo direitinho e até hoje nada.
Está empresa e muito irresponsável não cumpriram nada que foi acordado em contrato.
Está empresa tem vários nomes cada vendedor tem um CNPJ diferente.
Fiz uma.pesquisa antes de comprar e não apareceu nenhum.processo pelo fato de ter vários nomes.
Não compre e se comprar já sabe que vai ter dor de cabeça.
Fico a disposição para maiores esclarecimento.

It's been 100 days since I bought an Esmeralda pool and the pool was not delivered.
I paid everything correctly and until today nothing.
This company and very irresponsible did not fulfill anything that was agreed in the contract.
This company has several names each seller has a different CNPJ.
I did a search before I bought it and there was no one.process due to the fact that it has several names.
Do not buy and if you buy you already know that you will have a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior compra que eu fiz. 4 meses de instalação deu problema na pintura.Não quiseram trocar a piscina.falaram que se lixasse e pintasse ficaria boa.
Já pintaram a piscina 6 vezes Cada vez ficou pior.
Agora fiquei com uma piscina toda danificada na pintura.
Fui conversar com o juliano o proprietário, sendo um grosso comigo e sem educação.
It was the worst purchase I ever made. 4 months of installation gave problem in the painting. They didn't want to change the pool. They said that if sanded and painted it would be good.
The pool has been painted 6 times Each time it got worse.
Now I have a pool all damaged in paint.
I went to talk to Julian the owner, being rude to me and uneducated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se não quer ter problemas, fique bem longe dessa Cristal Fiber! Dizem que têm assistência técnica, mas se precisar mesmo vai ver que não tem. Não atendem o telefone, nem da fábrica nem da "assistência técnica ". Como eu me arrependo de ter comprado uma piscina com eles há 3 anos! Ela sempre vazou, agora piorou muito!
If you don't want to get in trouble, stay far away from this Cristal Fiber! They say they have technical assistance, but if you really need it, you'll see that you don't have it. They don't answer the phone, neither from the factory nor from "technical assistance". How I regret buying a pool from them 3 years ago! It always leaked, now it got a lot worse!
