A entrega atrasou, ela não dava qualquer satisfação e nós não podíamos acertar com o restante dos fornecedores a continuidade da obra, já que dependíamos do produto que ela nos vendeu.Se não fosse seu marido, Jonatan, que é o responsável pela loja do Centro, ter assumido o controle da situação, ainda não teríamos recebido o produto.Ele veio ao nosso apartamento hoje (domingo - 13/09/2020) fazer a entrega, enquanto ela sequer respondeu nossas mensagens.Se avaliei como três estrelas foi em consideração à atitude dele, porque a experiência que tivemos com ela não merece nenhuma estrela.
I made a purchase with Rita at Edson Ramalho's store in June 2020. The work in my apartment was stopped 45 days for delay in delivering the material purchased from her. Delivery was delayed, she did not give any satisfaction and we could not arrange with the rest of the suppliers to continue the work, since we depended on the product she sold us. If it were not her husband, Jonatan, who is responsible for the Center store , have taken control of the situation, we still would not have received the product. He came to our apartment today (Sunday - 09/13/2020) to make the delivery, while she did not even answer our messages. his attitude, because the experience we had with her doesn’t deserve any stars.
