★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você é lojista, pense 10 vezes antes de trabalhar com a Cristal. Tive um prejuízo de mais de 300 salgadinhos da marca que estavam murchos TRÊS MESES antes da data de validade. A empresa se recusou a trocar, sendo que o produto estava no prazo.
Perderam um cliente e irão perder mais enquanto não melhorarem a conduta. Péssimo.
If you are a shopkeeper, think 10 times before working with Cristal. I had a loss of more than 300 snacks of the brand that were withered THREE MONTHS before the expiration date. The company refused to exchange, the product being on time.
They lost a customer and will lose more until they improve their conduct. Terrible.
