Dr. Luiz Finotti é o melhor oftalmologista que conheço: competente, meticuloso, cortez e respeitoso. Já sou seu paciente há mais de 15 anos.
 Service is generally quick and people are attentive and careful when doing the job. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, in a large medical center in the city. Dr. Luiz Finotti is the best ophthalmologist I know: competent, meticulous, courteous and respectful. I have been your patient for over 15 years.

Tinha uma consulta marcada para 18h30, cheguei no horário e quando questionei o recepcionista o mesmo me disso que a doutora estava em atendimento, questionei novamente sobre o horário e ele disse que para "agilizar" dilatam a vista de um paciente e enquanto isso atendem outro, era por isso que estava atrasado. Esperei não muito contente e quando apareceu a doutora as 19hs perguntei se a hora marcada não era 18h30, sou meio seco mesmo depois de meia hora de atraso, a mesma foi super mal educada, falando que estava em atendimento e se não tinha gostado poderia ir embora e disse que tinha uma placa falando que o horário era estimado.... Eu disse, Estimado não existe ou é no horário ou não, a mesma tentando se justificar falou que estava atendendo um paciente com deficiência e que estava sem "lanchar" e mais uma vez falou que não admitia ser questionada, minha esposa não quis sair de lá, então sai da sala. lembrando que estava com uma bebê de um mês.
Terminando sai de lá as 20hs.
A Doutora pode até ser muito boa no que faz, mas ela é uma prestadora de serviço e se não aguenta ouvir criticas sobre a organização não esta preparada para atender o publico.
Não recomendo, pena que não tem menos estrela!
Lack of punctuality and consequently disrespect for the customer,
I had an appointment scheduled for 6:30 pm, I arrived on time and when I questioned the receptionist the same thing that the doctor was in attendance, I questioned again about the time and he said that to "streamline" dilate the sight of one patient and meanwhile they attend another , that's why I was late. I waited not very happy and when the doctor appeared at 7 pm I asked if the appointment was not 6:30 pm, I'm a bit dry even after half an hour late, she was very rude, saying she was in attendance and if she didn't like it she could go though and said there was a sign saying that the time was estimated .... I said, Estimated doesn’t exist or it’s on time or not, the same trying to justify said that she was attending a patient with a disability and that she was not "having a snack" and once again said that he would not admit to being questioned, my wife did not want to leave, so she left the room. remembering I was with a one month old baby.
Finishing it leaves there at 20hs.
The Doctor may even be very good at what she does, but she is a service provider and if she can't stand to hear criticisms about the organization she is not prepared to serve the public.
I do not recommend it, too bad it has no less star!
