★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai tem um imóvel na qual a Cristina imóveis é responsável, estamos a 9 meses sem receber o aluguel hoje dia 01/12/2021 fui a imobiliária tentar resolver o problema do meu pai que tem quase 70 anos, eu tive que ir cobrar o pessoa e eu tive que acionar o fiador que até o momento não tinha sido informado.

Não cumpre nem a lei do inquilinato!
Cuidado com a Cristina, é desonesta.
Não havia assinado contrato, mas estávamos nos trâmites.
Quando por motivos de força maior não foi possível a finalização.
Reformei TODO o imóvel da Av Dr Álvaro Augusto de Almeida, 313.
E ela disse que “não estava nem aí, que não poderia fazer nada”
Queria um acordo e foi negado!
Ela alugou o lugar em menos de um mês, pois estava lindo!
Saiba que quando for ao local, cada piso no chão, aquela parece preta com tinta lousa foi feito por mim, de colocar a mão na massa mesmo, de cortar a mão, tem meu suor e sangue lá. Aquela cozinha? Foi minha família que levantou, bloco por bloco!
Saímos no prejuízo FINANCEIRO E FÍSICO.
Mas Deus viu e está vendo, uma hora dessas a vida cobra!
