Comecei meu atendimento no balcĂŁo e mesmo dizendo que meu filho era autista e que teria prioridade a menina me devolveu a carteira do plano de saĂșde para atender outra pessoa que jĂĄ estava hĂĄ muito tempo sendo atendida. Se havia troca de turno para almoço que elas concluissem o trabalho e nĂŁo supendesse meu atendimento. Muito desrespeitoso!
Terrible attendance. I started my service at the counter and even saying that my son was autistic and that the girl would give me back my health insurance card to see another person who had been being treated for a long time. If there was a change of shift for lunch, they would finish the job and not assume my attendance. Very disrespectful!
