★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca vi um atendimento tão ruim numa sorveteria na minha vida. É a 3a vez que eu tento pedir algo nesse lugar. É sempre um problema, se não tem, eles criam algum problema. Fazer pedido nesse lugar é certeza de passar raiva. Eu gostaria de conhecer o responsável pelo estabelecimento pra entender porquê de tanta regra sem sentido.
Eu não acho que isso seja culpa das atendentes. Elas são simpáticas e prestativas, mas a administração desse estabelecimento pelo amor de Deus, que coisa horrível! Esse povo não quer ganhar dinheiro não..
I have never seen such bad service in an ice cream parlor in my life. It's the 3rd time I've tried to order something from this place. It's always a problem, if there isn't, they create a problem. Ordering in this place is sure to be angry. I would like to meet the person responsible for the establishment to understand why so many meaningless rules.
I don't think this is the attendants' fault. They are friendly and helpful, but running this establishment for God's sake, what a horrible thing! These people don't want to earn money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no último fim de semana no Açaí, pedi para que os acompanhamentos ficassem ao lado do açaí e não em cima. Porque eu não gosto de acompanhamento sob o açaí. Eu informei isso a atendente que me disse que não faria por regra da dona. Pedi pra falar com a gerente e disse que não estava. Ou seja, um pedido simples, só colocar o acompanhamento do lado. Fui em outro estabelecimento do lado que me atendeu e fez o que era inviável pra esse estabelecimento. Colocar o acompanhamento do lado.
