I was very reluctant before going to Cross because I was ashamed, but now it's the place that brings me a lot of energy because the coaches are very helpful and the staff never get discouraged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui em algumas academias na cidade, mas nada se compara a CROSS EXPERIENCE PENÁPOLIS, a atenção dos coahs com os alunos durante os treinos, eles orientam quantas vezes for necessário para que o exercício seja realizado corretamente, estão o tempo todo observando os alunos na realização do treino e corrigindo caso precise, incentivando e com isso nós alunos saímos com a auto estima elevada por cada dia concluído com sucesso, cada dia uma superação. MUITO OBRIGADA CROSS EXPERIENCE PENÁPOLIS.
I've been to some gyms in the city, but nothing compares to CROSS EXPERIENCE PENÁPOLIS, the attention of the coahs with the students during training, they guide as many times as necessary so that the exercise is performed correctly, they are all the time watching the students in the carrying out the training and correcting it if necessary, encouraging and with that we students leave with high self-esteem for each day successfully completed, each day an overcoming. THANK YOU SO MUCH CROSS EXPERIENCE PENAPOLIS.

Gym with extremely qualified professionals and in my case, the focus is your best quality of life and this academy has contributed to make that happen.
