It has been wonderful, I have learned to push my own limits, I did not think I could do well half of the exercises I do today, I do not see only one gym, I see that iat3 is a family all giving strength to each one who get there your goal, "It's so good with you that I forget what my goal from the beginning is." (I lose weight). I just want to be with the iart3 family every day. PARABLES FOR WORK AND DEDICATION.

Praticando á 6 meses, os resultados são incríveis, emagreci estou mais disposto e atento, os instrutores são incríveis vale muito apena.
I went to meet, I had a great service, very friendly staff, I recommend it.
Practicing for 6 months, the results are incredible, I've lost weight, I'm more willing and attentive, the instructors are amazing, it's worth it.
