Já frequentei inúmeras academias e Cross fit, porém, na Cross life de barão encontrei profissionais maravilhosos que dão atenção, tiram as dúvidas e te ajudam sempre a extrair seu melhor. Tive e tenho resultados incríveis quanto a perda de peso e disposição adquirida. Contudo, o valor também é super acessível.
Vale a pena experimentar.
I indicate with my eyes closed. Like everywhere there are those who like it or not. I've been to numerous gyms and Cross fit, but at Baron's Cross life I found wonderful professionals who give you attention, ask questions and always help you to extract your best. I had and have incredible results in terms of weight loss and disposition gained. However, the value is also super affordable.
Worth a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ideia proposta pela academia é excelente. Uma espécie de funcional aliado a exercícios de crossfit.
Porém a execução não é boa.
Eu já tinha malhado mais de 10 meses em uma academia tradicional, então tinha uma noção de como executar os movimentos.
Mas durante as aulas não há muito apoio dos profissionais. Você tem que executar um exercício, mas eles não acompanham a execução. No horário das atividades tinham dois ou três instrutores, o principal era super motivador. Porém não havia um acompanhamento na execução detalhada dos movimentos dos exercícios. Qualquer movimento errado pode levar a uma contusão. Eu tive uma lesão no braço esquerdo por movimentos errados.
Não há uma conversa clara sobre as atividades. Você executa muitos saltos e isso pode ter consequências em suas articulações, eles não questionam suas trajetória nesse aspecto.
E no contrato eles eximem a culpa de qualquer coisa que aconteça nesse aspecto.
O preço é excelente.

However, the execution is not good.
I had already worked out for more than 10 months in a traditional gym, so I had a sense of how to execute the movements.
But during classes there is not much support from professionals. You have to perform an exercise, but they do not follow the execution. At the time of the activities there were two or three instructors, the main one was super motivating. However, there was no follow-up in the detailed execution of the movements of the exercises. Any wrong movement can lead to a bruise. I had an injury to my left arm from wrong movements.
There is no clear conversation about the activities. You perform many jumps and this can have consequences on your joints, they do not question your trajectory in this respect.
And in the contract they release the blame for anything that happens in that respect.
The price is excellent.
