★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de ser uma academia incrível com ótimos professores, agora tem uma lanchonete maravilhosa localizada bem na entrada, com um cardápio nota 10! É o máximo você terminar de treinar e já se alimentar, adoro a panqueca de 2 bases e o mix de açaí com whey protein.
Besides being an incredible gym with great teachers, now there's a wonderful snack bar located right at the entrance, with a 10 note menu! It's as much as you finish training and already eating, I love the 2-base pancake and the açaí mix with whey protein.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local com acústica inadequada e teto vazado, o que causa uma grandíssima poluição sonora ao redor. Ainda contam com profissionais extremamente desrespeitosos para com esses fatos, pois não consideram o local residencial em que o Crossift se encontra e sempre colocam músicas no último volume desde cedo, além de gritarem todos os dias. Já tentou-se diálogo diversas vezes referente aos problemas citados, no entanto nunca foi efetivo. Não recomendo para ninguém.

They still count on extremely disrespectful professionals for these facts, because they do not consider the residential place where the Crossift is and always put songs in the last volume from early, in addition to shouting every day. Dialogue has been tried several times regarding the problems mentioned, nevertheless never was effective. Would not recommend to anyone.

vizinhos, desde às 7 horas até 22 horas ou mais com som alto. Já reclamamos e eles não fazem nada com relação a acústica. Respeitem para serem respeitados, tudo com moderação!!!! E nem é preciso gastar muito, pois revestir a academia, com isolante, tipo casca de ovo, não fica tão caro, bem como isolar a abertura do teto desta academia, que tem uma abertura de aproximadamente 25/30cms, que deixa vazar todo o som, acima de 100 decibeis, para fora da academia, infernizando todos os vizinhos, se continuarem, buscarei outras formas de se adequarem, pois para tanto existe a lei do silencio, assim como Ouvidoria da prefeitura, que autoriza e libera o Alvará de Funcionamento.

neighbors from 7 am to 10 pm or more with loud sound. We've complained and they do not do anything about acoustics. Respect to be respected, everything in moderation !!!! And you do not even have to spend a lot of money, since the gym, with an insulation, egg-shell, is not that expensive, as well as isolating the ceiling opening of this gym, which has an opening of approximately 25 / 30cms, sound, over 100 decibals, out of the academy, damaging all the neighbors, if they continue, I will look for other ways to fit, because for this there is the law of silence, as well as Ombudsman's office, which authorizes and releases the Operating Permit .
