★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite simply one of the best boxes in Rio de Janeiro. Massive space, well-equipped, well-organised, and good coaches. Signing up for anything other than a drop-in is a bit tricky because of the requirement to become a club member of the full Flamengo club itself but otherwise an outstanding box and highly recommended.
