Solicitei o cancelamento dia 03/01/2022. Como foi me informado que o cancelamento deveria ocorrer 30 dias com antecedência entendi que a mensalidade do mês de janeiro seria cobrada porém além de debitarem o mês de janeiro, debitaram o mês de fevereiro. Isso é um desrespeito com o cliente. Se antes pensava em voltar para o BOX hoje já não quero nem ver na frente e se puder ainda digo aos 4 cantos para não treinarem lá. Atendimento ao cliente péssimo.

I requested the cancellation on 01/03/2022. As I was informed that the cancellation should occur 30 days in advance, I understood that the monthly fee for the month of January would be charged, but in addition to debiting the month of January, they debited the month of February. This is disrespectful to the customer. If before I thought about going back to the BOX, today I don't even want to see it in front and if I can I still say to the 4 corners not to train there. Terrible customer service.
