Fazem avaliação antes e possuem aulas preparatórias para quem nunca fez crossfit. Sempre preocupados se estamos fazendo o movimento corretamente. Estou muito satisfeita.
I just went to see it and stayed. From the entrance to the coaches, everyone was very helpful and friendly.
They do assessment before and have preparatory classes for those who have never done crossfit. Always concerned if we are making the move correctly. I am very satisfied.
