Vestiário sempre limpo e funcional. O esquema de check-in é fantástico, permite acomodar os imprevistos só dia-a-dia sem estresse.
 I started on neopilates 3 months ago because of back pain. Impressive the difference in quality of life. Professor Maryana has an endless repertoire of exercises. Changing room always clean and functional. The check-in scheme is fantastic, it allows you to accommodate the unforeseen stress-free day-to-day only.

Todos foram muito gentis, desde a recepcionista que nos acompanhou aos coaches e apresentou o box, até os coaches que ficaram atentos e solícitos a ajudar nos movimentos. Parabéns a equipe toda! ????
Lovely! I went to class for gympass along with my girlfriend, who is just starting at crossfit. Everyone was very kind, from the receptionist who accompanied us to the coaches and introduced the box to the coaches who were attentive and helpful in helping with the movements. Congratulations to the whole team! ????
