★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você não mora em Ribeirão Preto, vai passar muita raiva por e-mail, telefone, se precisar resolver algo urgente. Ex.: paguei a anuidade 2021 em 21 de Dezembro de 2020, e até hoje não consta meu pagamento no sistema. Tento contato por e-mail, telefone, e nada. Se vierem me cobrar novamente essa anuidade de 2021, quando eu for pagar a de 2022, vai dar um B.O. épico; o comprovante de pagamento do boleto tá bonitão, guardado aqui. Uma vez por ano que vc se lembra que esse Conselho existe é a vez de passar raiva com algo da parte deles. Outro exemplo: pra mudar o nome na carteira profissional de psicólogo, ou emitir segunda via, eles exigem que você envie os documentos necessários por correio, mas na hora que está pronta, você é obrigado a ir até Ribeirão pra buscar, e ainda colocam um prazo pra descartar a carteira. Tem de rir pra não chorar. Tenho mais o que fazer do que me estressar pegando estrada só pra ir num Conselho de Psicologia. Nem se for pra pagar 15 reais a mais, que enviem por correio, oras. Elas por elas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso me religar ao CRP e preciso de infos (arrumei uma vaga para trabalhar em uma clínica), mas não atendem as ligações, embora esteja aparecendo no Google que o estabelecimento está aberto neste horário. As pessoas estão com esse mesmo problema em relação ao atendimento via telefone? Alguém sabe me dizer se eles atendem se formos direto na sede em vez de tentar por telefone? Eu não sou de Ribeirão, então, gostaria de ter certeza de que não perderei a viagem. Grata.
I need to reconnect to the CRP and I need information (I got a job to work in a clinic), but they don't answer the calls, although it is appearing on Google that the establishment is open at this time. Are people having this same problem regarding telephone service? Can anyone tell me if they answer if we go straight to headquarters instead of trying over the phone? I'm not from Ribeirão, so I would like to make sure that I don't miss the trip. Thankful.
