★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma HP 8500, NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA EMPRESA. Péssimos profissionais, DEPENARAM minha impressora, esvaziaram meus cartuchos de tinta e destruíram as cabeças de impressão. Tive um prejuízo absurdo com eles!! E obvio, ela está apresentando vários problemas que não apresentava antes.
I have an HP 8500, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Bad professionals, DEPENDED my printer, emptied my ink cartridges and destroyed the print heads. I had an absurd loss with them !! Of course, she is having several problems that she did not have before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é cortez porém não resolveram meu problema. Formatação e atualização de BIOS mas o problema da minha máquina é não funcionar sem carregador conectado. Paguei $230 pelos serviços e saí de lá sem o problema da bateria resolvido.
The service is courteous but they didn't solve my problem. Formatting and updating BIOS but the problem with my machine is not working without a charger connected. I paid $ 230 for the services and left without the battery problem resolved.

Fui extremamente bem atendido o tempo todo. Os funcionários foram muito transparentes, me informando claramente durante todo o conserto sobre cada etapa do processo. No final, fizeram o possível para conseguir as melhores peças e por preços menores. Fui muito bem orientado e fiquei muito satisfeito com o resultado final. Consertar eletrônicos não é tarefa fácil e um bom atendimento faz toda a diferença. A empresa faz conserto de outros eletrônicos também, como impressoras. Virei cliente e recomendo conhecerem.

In the end, they did their best to get the best parts and for lower prices. I was very well oriented and I was very satisfied with the final result. Fixing electronics is not an easy task and good service makes all the difference. The company repairs other electronics as well, such as printers.
