★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha furadeira da Bosch ficou 2 meses e o técnico nem olhou qual o problema. Liguei pelo menos 3 vezes pedindo para ele fazer o orçamento. Na vez anterior, demorou um mês e meio para concertar minha parafusadeira. Nunca mais levo nada nesse local. Falta de respeito com o cliente.
My Bosch drill was 2 months and the technician didn't even look at the problem. I called at least 3 times asking him to do the budget. The previous time, it took a month and a half to fix my screwdriver. I never take anything in that place again. Lack of respect for the customer.

Aí o conserto foi a troca de um oring da mangueira externa que deve custar uns R$ 0,10, me cobrou mais R$ 30 reais. Total final de R$ 60 reais. Isso aí tem outro nome que nem vou dizer para não levar processo, mas certamente não apareço mais, existem profissionais mais capacitados e honestos na cidade.

Then the repair was the exchange of an oring of the external hose which should cost around R$ 0.10, it charged me another R$ 30 reais. Final total of R$ 60 reais.
