★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, tempo de espera para ser atendido é no mínimo 120 minutos, os médicos atendem muito mal, ficam nas salas conversando e mexendo no celular, enquanto isso os pacientes ficam feitos idiotas aguardando descaso total.....Intermédica péssimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida, fiz uma pequena cirurgia, saí no mesmo dia. A única reclamação é da falta de funcionários, depois da cirurgia, fiquei mais de 2 horas só aguandando alguém para me descer para o quarto. Fora isso, de resto foi ótimo.
I was well attended, I had a minor surgery, I left the same day. The only complaint is the lack of staff, after the surgery, I stayed more than 2 hours just waiting for someone to get me down to the room. Other than that, otherwise was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca precise desse hospital + me sobrinho esta internado agora hoje 16.05.19 , ele se chama Rodrigo é minha irmã, disse que ele está sendo bem assistido , por médicos enfermeiros, auxiliares, técnicos, tudoooo, obrigado , por tudo que estão fazendo e ainda vão fazer por ele , pois ele ainda está na UTI. Moro longe + fico em paz de saber que tem profissionais que amam o que fazem.?
Never need this hospital + my nephew is hospitalized now today 16.05.19, his name is Rodrigo is my sister, said he is being well attended by doctors nurses, auxiliaries, technicians, tudoooo, thank you, for everything you are doing and still will do for him, since he is still in the ICU. I live far away + I feel at peace knowing that there are professionals who love what they do.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento médico excelente! As recepcionistas e enfermeiras também são um amor. Porém dou 3 estrelas porque a comida é horrível demais, nunca vi pior. Já fiquei internada no SUS e a refeição dava de 10 a 0. Precisa melhorar e muito a qualidade da comida.
Excellent medical care! The receptionists and nurses are also a sweetheart. But I give 3 stars because the food is awful, I've never seen worse. I have already been hospitalized in the SUS and the meal was 10 to 0. The quality of the food needs to be improved a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 20 dias tive meu bebê, neste hospital e graças a Deus correu tudo certo, fui bem acolhida e acompanhada não tenho o que reclamar da equipe que fez o meu parto e os que acompanharam o pós parto. Agradeço a todos (em especial a Aline que esteve a frente no meu parto).
A única observação que tenho a sugerir é que tem que melhorar a comunicação entre os departamentos. Pois na recepção por exemplo disseram que meu acompanhante não tinha direito a refeição, mais ela tinha direito...

Aconselho a não vir procurar Judá neste hospital. O atendimento e péssimo desde a recepção, tudo demora horas...
Quem quer ser mau atendido venha neste Hospital Cruzeiro do Sul Intermédica.

Ah outra coisa, gestante e idoso não existe preferencial. Pq o tempo de atendimento é a mesma coisa...
