Porem quando necessitamos de algum retorno que envolva a administração superior do polo, superior a ela ou financeiro ai é somente reclamações, estou com um processo de solicitação de bolsa educação, tramitando no jurídico da instituição a três anos, sei que a Evelyn cobra, mais nunca recebi retornos concretos do andamento do processo de forma concreta para retorno ao aluno, como citado acima, o polo de Paulínia possui um ótimo atendimento, que infelizmente não se estende a todos os setores da instituição.
